Development and monitoring of Action Plans for WM Client Operations (WMCO) for Client Onboarding for KYC,Account Opening and Maintenance. This includes driving issue resolution, collaboration with stakeholders toexecute on deliverables and communicate status updates and strategic direction. Project Management within WHEM including Regulatory, Remediation and Business Initiative projects Liaison for Internal Audit, Regulatory exams and Compliance testing requests and provide appropriate responses. Serve as Controls Champion for WMCO for identification of controls to mitigate risk exposure, ensure accuracy ofcontrol attributes, including control descriptions and participate in Control evaluations. Lead the Control Oversight Governance meetings for WMCO to demonstrate the Risk & Controlatmosphere within the department

 Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of establoshed controls in preparation for Audit Analyze data needed to create monthly, quarterly and weekly reports for upper management Create comprehensive procedures to ensure all processes are accurately followed Methodically review correction requirements and validate correction/remediation approaches are complete and accurate Validate correction/remediation is in accordance with business requirements through manual testing Clearly articulate testing results to business partners and make recommendations for additional testing as needed

Evaluate the integrity of the origination process and overall quality of loans to ensure adherence to applicable policies.

Continually exceed monthly production goals and maintain a position in the top 3 for monthly production nationwide. Review loan to value ratio, credit reports and application to ensure federal guidelines are met. Timely processing of loan applications in compliance with State and Federal laws as well as internal policies and procedures.
