I am an executive leader and accomplished professional with extensive knowledge in board governance, strategic sourcing, contract administration, supply chain, fleet and facilities management, records management and privacy. Superior leadership attributes include managing large operating and capital budgets, developing talent, and managing processes and teams for success. My problem-solving skills only match my analytical and organizational abilities. Being able to handle many projects at once is something that I specialize in and is necessary to succeed in a leadership role. Leading high-performing teams in as a part of a transformational change agenda has been the key to my success. While working at Veridian Connections, I spearheaded facilities, fleet, and procurement transformation initiatives that ensured the departments and the organization were cutting-edge. As the Manager of Business Services, I implemented new policies, identified and resolved key issues, and wrote business plans. Using a consultative approach has enabled the success of many cross-functional projects across the organization.Taking the GRI G4 Guidelines Certification provided me with a passion for sustainability projects, some of which can be accomplished through working at the board level to ensure environmental and social governance (ESG) topics are discussed, providing board members with the appropriate training level to make a sound business decision, and recruiting directors with sustainability skills and experience. Ensuring there is a goal to implementing sustainability within the supply chain with a focus on production location, sustainable production processes, efficient shipping and disposition at end of product life. Ultimately creating supply chains of top performers to use them to create a better, more environmentally sound, and ultimately more profitable company.
