About Heather Bosley
I have absolutely fallen in love with helping patients with rare diseases. Their diagnosis is often delayed and difficult with few treatment options. I have found my passion in helping physicians improve the quality of life for these patients. My expertise is in rare disease sales, building strong relationships that drive revenue and growth. I am relationship builder at heart. I have always had success in getting into an account and quickly gaining trust and becoming a go-to partner for these accounts. I am successful in leveraging my network to gain access and establish connections with all stakeholders in the accounts. These physicians and stakeholders will attest to my integrity and strong commitment to helping patients with rare diseases improve their quality of life.I am a problem solver - I can dissect complex problems and I can remove obstacles that can prevent patients from accessing the therapies they need. I assist the accounts to qualify and onboard patients, and help patients access these therapies as long as they are necessary. I am very adaptable and sensitive to the various needs of the accounts and remain flexible in helping them solve their situations. These skills, along with acute follow up and account management, have assisted me in building excellent relationships with the entire account and been key in building business. I so enjoy the education part of a rare disease position. I enjoy working with healthcare prescribers, nurses, medical education directors, patient support groups, and other health care professionals to educate on the minute details of a rare disease, how to identify patients, and how these patients can get access to these life-altering therapies.Over the past 26 years, I've had the opportunity to work wth some of the best healthcare facilities in Indiana. I enjoy and am well-versed in driving sales, relationship building, implementing business plans, and educating all levels of healthcare professionals.
