Using the Keystone accounting software I was able to perform daily duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and Invoicing/Billing among other features with-in the program. Monitored daily driver logs which included (miles per day, gallons of fuel, production hours, etc.) for IFTA. Entered mechanical service work and cost into TDS software. Maintained equipment files by keeping them updated; tagging, registering and renewing company vehicles, mixers and trailers were all parts of the process. Made deposits, kept track of petty cash and reviewed monthly. Performed ad hoc duties including research, form creation (word, excel), etc.

Track logistical data for field crews picking up scrap railroad ties for Union Pacific Railroad. Tracked/monitored the production hours, total ties, location of ties and measured it against railroad production data to ensure accuracy. Performed ad hoc duties including research, form creation, safety material purchasing, etc. Managed multiple duties/projects while maintaining necessary deadlines (i.e., Pre-trip inspections, auditing daily driver’s logs, processing new hires, etc.)
