• Co-founded UniPeer, a college-wide platform that connects students based on shared interests. Won a place on Tangent’s competitive Student Accelerator programme, LaunchBox, as well as €10k in funding. This intensive 3 month programme provided invaluable mentorship, resources, access to partner and investor networks, and guidance on how to launch a business. • Ran customer development sessions, focus groups and surveys to gain insight into our target market.• Created UniPeer Brand Book, including UniPeer’s mission and core values, as well as design aspects such as logo, font, colours, typography etc. • Oversaw the design and development of the UniPeer logo, website, and UI of the UniPeer app.• Wrote technical documentation for the publication of the UniPeer app on Android and iOS.• Produced pitch deck and pitched UniPeer to wide audience for LaunchBox Demo Day 2021.• Organised partnerships with key student representative bodies in Trinity College Dublin.• Lead the marketing strategy for the UniPeer pilot launch in September 2021 at Trinity College Dublin.• Currently, leading the UniPeer social media presence, writing content for UniPeer website and other publicity forums.
