    This Corporate HR role focuses on being a strategic business partner to the Executive Management Team and the Senior Leaders that report directly to them. Additionally, my role is responsible for collaborating on the recommendation, development and implementation of key strategic HR initiatives with senior HR leadership. Some examples of projects that I have worked on are implementation of Workday, development of new employee orientation, development of employee onboarding process and resources, interview scorecard and rubric and other HR tools and resources deemed necessary for the organization. Business line support includes career path planning , job description development, succession planning for critical and key roles, as well as talent management or talent development initiatives. Partnership with COE’s to ensure a collaborative relationship between all lines of business and the Human Resources team from shared services, benefits and leaves of absences and talent acquisition. Critical aspect of this role is providing coaching to leaders across the five areas that I support. With this comes a necessity to have a deeper understanding of the business needs and objectives to provide credible HR guidance. Areas that I currently support are Commercial Banking, Credit and Risk, Accounting and Finance, Specialty Lending and Audit and Loan Review.
