Throughout my time at Castle Water I worked in multiple departments as I began as a business administrative apprentice before being offered a full-time contract upon my completion of the apprenticeship.I began in payments which involved looking for missing payments in the database and aligning invoices with the accounts which we held for companies before moving to collections where I worked on a new project of consolidating multiple large companies accounts and "netting" them together.I was in marketing for a brief amount of time during which time we began working on an event at Parliament which was ultimately cancelled as a result of Covid-19.I ended my time in Castle Water working as a go between for the collections and legal team ensuring that companies being sent to court were prepared for the legal department through deep dives into the history of the company and their payment patterns etc
