Passionate about conserving wildlife species and their ecosystems & having recently graduated with a BS in Ecology, I'm excited to be starting out my career as an avian biologist, with a focus on raptors. My specific interests include conducting field research on the ecology of threatened species of birds of prey to better understand human-avian conflicts in the face of increasing urbanization & find creative solutions to ameliorate these conflicts. I believe education is a critical link to conservation. As Baba Dioum said, “In the end, we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught.”
