Participated and lead department and division strategic projects to drive results and focus on operational excellence and efficiencies in processes.

As the Recruiter for the Houston and Southern Louisiana markets, my primary responsibility is to attract and education individuals specifically for the Edward Jones Financial Advisor opportunity in this location rich market.
