Currently, I lead the fact finding and data gathering for Incidents of Security Concern throughout the enterprise. Our program focuses on ensuring our current processes and procedures provide efficient preventative measures and minimize the potential for risk and recurrence when it comes to security incidents. My position includes tracking and trending of IOSCs for our company, our sub-contractors, and all facilities that fall under our security office. When I am not actively working on a case, finalizing, or submitting reports for IOSCs, I process and manage all IOSC related security incidents within our Issues Management Department.

As a team member within the planning and operations department of a Protective Force Contract, we are primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of security response plans, site plans, protective force station orders and guidance, and project specific orders. In addition to maintaining up to date guidance and ensuring compliance with DOE applicable orders, we also organize the distribution and tracking of these documents. While a large part of our office is dedicated to this task, we are also responsible for conducting project liaison planning operations; this includes meeting with the customer to discuss needs and requirements that will support the successful execution of their missions, specifically, advising on security requirements or recommended enhancements. Supplemental actions of this section include emergency response liaison and participation in planned training drills, coordination of Protective Force training exercises, and uniformed protective force scheduling operations.
