• Facilitates individual therapy sessions for clients ages 2 through 98. • Administers and interprets assessment instruments for clients. • Develops treatment plan for clients which may include: a. up to twelve months of weekly counseling sessions for clients. b. Presenting issue focused therapeutic groups for clients. c. Therapy areas of interest: Bowen Family Systems, Feminist therapy, Jungian Psychology, CBT, for parents and children, when appropriate. d. Family therapy sessions. • Participates in regular multidisciplinary team meetings. • Makes appropriate referrals for victims and families psychological and psychosocial needs prior to the termination of treatment. • Maintains service records and statistics. • Participates in clinical supervision at least monthly with Senior Full-Time Therapist. • Consult with Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist when necessary and appropriate.

Created, planned, directed: •fundraising and donor cultivation events for WHP•2006 Committing to Hope Fundraising Lunch. Our goal for individuals was $75,000. We raised a total of over $200,000.•Informational small group meetings with potential donors/volunteers to introduce WHP, its unique mission, and its successes •Family to Family Mentoring Project, which builds relationships between self-sufficient families and formerly homeless families thus providing support for new clients and mentoring/sharing of successful experience by past clients. •2005 and 2006 holiday celebrations attended by over 225 volunteers and clients. •Built relationship between WHP staff, the board of directors and community volunteers to meet annual development goals.•Oversees case management, transitional housing and follow-up programs. •Creates and implements yearly budget. Grew organization from a $250,000 to $400,000 annual budget.
