Over the years that I spent at Fogarty I did a little bit of everything. I worked as the Assistant Events Coordinator, doing administrative work, supervised corporate and private events including facility and vendor management. I also assisted the Director of Marketing and was a off-site winery representative. Another position was a Tasting Room Attendant where I was responsible for customer service, serving and educating about wine and assisting with inventory.

As the Bar Supervisor I was responsible for inventory and ordering all of the wine and spirits. I also helped to manage the bartenders and handled bar upkeep. During a rebranding of the restaurant I helped curate the wine list.As a restaurant manager I made sure that the restaurant was running efficiently and that the customers were happy. Managing a crew of between 15-20 employees had it's challenges, but I believe that it taught me patience and made me a respected manager.
