-Designs and develops Costume Gallery original costume designs, accessories , and products according to brand concept and image through market research, trend analysis and fabric, trim and color research-Collaborates closely with purchasing manager, product development and overseas vendors to develop cost effective products within given deadlines.

 Designs and develops Costume Gallery Costumes as well as fabrics, prints/graphics, trims and accessories according to brand concept and image.  Works directly with Design Director and Merchandising director to conceptualize each season’s line plan and direction.  Utilizes agreed line plan to design costumes and update existing products and design new products.  Experienced in scouring domestic and international markets for fabrications and trims.  Communicates with textile department during approval process of all strike offs and lab dips.  Communicates daily with production manufacturing department and Product manager to ensure accurate pricing and precise development of styles.  Directly involved in daily fittings with pattern maker and sample production team from initial detailing of each style to final sales sample through production P.P.A and T.O.P approvals.  Merchandises and styles entire line with design director approval including all categories and classifications according to brand concept for on-site photo shoots. ACCOMPLISHMENTS  2010-Costume Gallery-Achieved highest growth increase in company history due to innovative individual designs and new line strategy. Credited with creating some of Costume Gallery’s best selling items, including one of the all-time biggest sellers for the company (13’).  2012/2013 – Lead designer and manager for Marketing Initiative with TWINKLE STAR DANCE*. 2011 – Lead designer and manager for Marketing Initiative with DISCOUNT DANCE SUPPLY.2013- Costume Gallery Design featured on popular TV show "Dance-Moms"2010,2012,2014- Costume Gallery Designs featured in Half-time show at New Years Day Capitol One Bowl
