Current• Full Cycle Payroll and Timecard • Manage all Benefits Programs including paying monthly Invoices• Complete Monthly monitoring of Employee Expense Reports including cutting monthly checks.• Manage full cycle recruiting process. This includes, but is not limited to: o Preparation for job descriptionso Preparing, managing and maintaining job requisitionso Screening resumeso Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant staff o Maintain contact with perspective employees and communicate decisions to themo Conducting reference checks and coordinating background checkso Draft offer letters and address salary negotiations • Conduct employee on-boarding processes & off-boarding policieso Coordinating Onboarding orientationo Assemble personnel files for new staff and maintain files throughout employmento Provide explanation of benefits to prospective and new employees, along with a complete benefits package.• Maintain all HR files, employee personnel files, PTO and Sick time accrual records • Work closely with the accounting department to anticipate and/or resolve financial issues related to employee benefit administration• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for human resources processes• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by Building and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company• Act as a neutral party in employee relations issues and address issues in a timely manner with appropriate parties• Educate personnel regarding building security and safety procedures.
