Whether it's leading, coaching, negotiating, or labor law, I have found that my professional value boils down to the following attributes:-Team development: Growing my team and ensuring they are gaining the skills and exposure for their next opportunity.-Initiative: regularly seeking to add value wherever possible. I will consistently reach out across functions to partner and ensure I leave the space where I am better than I found it.- Support: I can be successful with a client base that is in-person, or virtual. I have supported 10 feet away and 1000s of miles away. - Creatively data driven: finding unique ways to approach a situation and rallying the team to give it a shot. Of course relying on the numbers to help drive results. I care about giving credit where credit is due, and striving to become a servant leader.
