Having worked in nursing and health care policy, research and evaluation for almost 50 years, I now only do the occasional contract, primarily consulting in the field of First Nations health and nursing. I have a passion for volunteering both on governance boards and hands on work. I have had many years of experience working with not-for-profit boards on policy governance best practices and meeting accreditation standards. For R&R I attend operas, symphony, and live theatre; hike and bike; challenge myself with water colour painting; and participate in a book club.
