I worked collaboratively with parents, teachers, administrators and provincial administrators to support learning and professional development for educators. Through professional development sessions, learning communities, case conferences and team planning, I focused on student success for grades 7-12.

I developed and implemented language, math and social skills programs for students from grades 7-12 with learning and behavioural challenges. I worked collaboratively with parents, administrators and community services to support individual student needs.

I ran a private consulting business alongside other work before launching this work full time in 2016. From 2003-2010, I worked with clients from the public and private education sector across North America, delivering workshops on instructional strategies and leadership development.

I worked with schools in South Australia to assist parents, teachers and principals in determining program needs and funding for students with special needs. I wrote and piloted a program to determine the level of students and their required skills as to transition to high school from elementary school.

I developed and delivered Communications courses for post secondary students, working collaboratively with colleagues and students to improve the program.
