Occupational Therapist
• Treating children (1-18 years) with varying diagnoses including but not limited to Autism, generalized developmental delay, ODD, cerebral palsy, functional visual and visual perceptual deficits, Down Syndrome, sensory processing disorders, and functional feeding differences in an outpatient setting.• Working one evening a week during the academic year and two evenings a week between two clinic locations during the extended school year.• Utilizing a shared caseload model with point of service documentation including treatment notes, progress notes, and letters of medical necessity.
