Having taught in a variety of settings during my career, I realized the area lacking is individualized, 1-1 support from a content specialist. Whether this is reading support for struggling readers or coaching support for teachers trying to utilize the latest practices, schools rarely offer individualized support. This is why I decided to open my own tutoring business, offering individualized instruction for specific needs. I love seeing my students' self confidence soar as they realize how capable they are with hard work and effort. My ideal job would be one that requires me to utilize my education, creativity, and problem solving abilities to help those around me. I am always up for a new challenge to positively impact students.
