Provide professional insight and leadership in the overall functions of a 150-child, non-profit preschool. Assist in the development of a new administrative structure for the school, including creation of new job descriptions and hiring processes. Review and make recommendations to the school budget. Ensure current teaching methods are congruent with state and local Kindergarten-entry requirements.

I have served as the MOPPETS coordinator for the MOPS program housed at my church. As the coordinator, I create curriculum for children ages birth - 5 years to be completed during monthly MOPS gatherings. Most recently, I served as the Administrative Coordinator for our Vacation Bible School. In this volunteer position, I oversaw the tracking of the online registration of 175+ children attending. I managed the tracking of medical and allergy lists, classroom rosters/attendance and assisted in organizing information to create reports.

Previously the Director of Marketing and Curriculum for this NAEYC accredited early childhood learning school. During my time with LLA, I provided leadership, training and supervision of a staff of 12+ teachers, cook and bus driver. Additional responsibilities included marketing the school to new families through tours and open houses, providing health and safety checks, ensured family satisfaction and addressed teachers concerns as needed.In my previous position as the Director of Marketing and Curriculum, I created weekly trainings for preschool and pre-K teachers at 2 school locations. These trainings provided support as the schools transitioned to using Creative Curriculum as their primary curriculum model.

Provided career counseling to sophomore-senior students seeking an internship. Assisted in placement, supervised student during experience (included a 1 credit-hour, online course), and ensured feedback for supervising faculty members. Created and implemented educational programs on a variety of career-related topics. Served on a committee that was creating a first-year experience for undecided students that included an element of career counseling.

Assisted in the opening of a brand-new school. Marketed the opening in the community to ensure enrollment at the time of opening. Interviewed, trained and helped supervise a staff of 15 teachers. Created trainings on a variety of educational topics as they related to early childhood education. Served as the Summer Camp Coordinator for the region which provided leadership and training to over 50+ staff members.

Assisted in the opening of a 2-building, 627 bed residence hall. Supervised a staff of 20 Resident Advisors, 1 Graduate Assistant and 1 full-time Clerical Assistant. Provided leadership in the areas of residential education(including a living-learning community for Arts), adjudication of judicial affairs, and the overall health and safety of 600+ first-year and upperclass students.
