SINGLE. DAY. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. I expect a lot from myself and others, and always bring that to the table in any situation I am in. At the same time, because of my experience playing and leading teams in athletics, I am also a patient and motivating force with teams I work with. I enjoy and pride myself on helping individuals and organizations to grow and meet and exceed their goals. My former role tapped into all of my strengths. I am deliberate, analytical, responsible, committed to learning and coaching, and focused on achieving. I enjoy solving problems and have taken on many types including:• Planning and executing major events with over 300 attendees• Creating athletic programming and events for various sports including field hockey and basketball, and non-athletic groups• Organizing Junior Olympic events as Committee Chair• Encouraging collaboration with parents, administration, and vendors for annual fundraiser events• Managing equipment, supplies and staffing needs for summer camps, USL teams, staff parties and corporate events
