SINGLE. DAY. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. I expect a lot from myself and others, and always bring that to the table in any situation I am in. At the same time, because of my experience playing and leading teams in athletics, I am also a patient and motivating force with teams I work with. I enjoy and pride myself on helping individuals and organizations to grow and meet and exceed their goals. My former role tapped into all of my strengths. I am deliberate, analytical, responsible, committed to learning and coaching, and focused on achieving. Conference Center SupervisorJewish Federation Of Cleveland Oct 2015 - May 2022Beachwood, OhResponsible for managing the conference center schedule and meeting needs, including supervision of kitchen staff (July 2016-Current) and newly created conference center assistant position (January 2018-Current). Formerly supervised fiscal assistant (October 2015-May 2018). Other weekly responsibilities include: invoicing, mentoring a St. Martins de Porres work study student (September-May 2018), overseeing office supply ordering, and acting as back-up for fiscal assistant.The conference center annually hosts 1,250+ meetings and events for 24.000+ guests (average of last three fiscal years ending FY 6/30/20). The facility has seven (7) main rooms with an on-site kosher kitchen and environment. Main boardroom area can be divided into one, two or three conference rooms with a capacity of 180 persons.Promoted from Conference Center Coordinator in October 2015. -
Jewish Planning Calendar CoordinatorJewish Federation Of Cleveland Mar 2013 - May 2022Beachwood, OhTransitioned into planning calendar coordinator as it was discovered the planning calendar could be a component within the Meeting Room Manager software program currently used for conference center management. It reduced double entry needs for Federation events and allowed partner agencies to have direct access to enter/edit/delete events. Currently 65+ organizations have access to the system. -
Meeting Room Manager (Mrm) CoordinatorJewish Federation Of Cleveland Oct 2010 - May 2022Beachwood, OhDeveloped and customized internet based software program to meet specific needs of Federation's conference center's room bookings, internal meeting rooms, and the Jewish Planning Calendar. Program acts as the central information center for meetings/events taking place in the conference center. Federation staff inclusive of kitchen supervisor, director of maintenance, and security staff rely on data for planning and daily needs. It also provides 65+ organizations the opportunity to see what is happening on a given day in the local community. -

Over 100,000 pounds of paper was shred during the process and approximately 1,700 small archive boxes were created and documented.Worked closely with Western Reserve Historical Society’ Director of Jewish Archives Dr. Sean Martin, and Curator of Manuscripts Margaret Buzynski-Bay, in-house staff and oversaw the work of five college age assistants. -
