As Head of Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics, Heather manages Farmers’ Business Intelligence platforms, professionals and data analytics across all business lines and functions. Defines, manages and evolves the departmental data solutions for Distribution, Service Operations, Claims, Business Insurance, Foremost, Bristol West, Customer and 21st Century. Enables product and pricing designs, operations monitoring and optimization. Responsible for the orchestrated fulfillment of business requirements across Business Intelligence and Analytics assets, including multiple platforms, tools, dashboards, visualizations, actionable insights and management reporting. Administers and drives evolution of the platforms, technologies, processes, standards, practices, and support.Data and Analytics Chairperson and Steering Committee Member (Annual Conference, Data Mining Competition) focused on championing community awareness, transformation and growth. Conceived and driving Data and Analytics Academy initiative designed to transform company capability to effectively leverage data tools and assets via data literacy education. Responsible for incubation and implementation of EDW transformation initiatives including EDW migration to Snowflake cloud data warehouse, introduction of visual analysis capabilities (full lifecycle; adoption by ~4500 users) and a revamped User Experience function.Consistently promoted into roles with greater task diversity and responsibility (Director, Senior Director, AVP).
