As a Senior Operations Manager at Circle Medical, my role is to assist all departments in building, streamlining, and perfecting operations to ensure that we are compliant and are creating a delightful experience for our patients. I have created and developed programs and processes for recruiting, credentialing, and onboarding providers. With my team, I have built a full compliance department that ensures the de-risking of the business and proper compliance of over 270 providers within 28 states. In addition, I worked with a team preparing the telemedicine side of the business to move into a hybrid model that allows providers to see their patients in person, so patients and providers are compliant with the Ryan Haight Act. I arranged contracts, did site orientations, ordered essential supplies, and branded and launched 15 exam rooms in shared spaces in 15 different states within 4 weeks. My role is to continuously assist the clinic operations and patient operations in areas of need while creating and streamlining processes and programs.

At St. Joes I prepared Cytology specimens for the entire north market of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. I did this by breaking down the cells and cleaning them with chemicals and then turning them into cell blocks and slides to be read by the Cytotechnologist and the Pathologist. I also order specimens in multiple computer systems, clean the prep room, stock, enter/fax results, send slides or blocks to other sites for continuing care, file slides and blocks, answer the phone, problem solve for the Cytology department by assisting the doctors in ordering proper test, make charts/logs/reports, and make sure that all patients results are given to the doctors in a timely manner.

While employed AMHB I worked as a phlebotomist and a histology lab aid. When I was practicing phlebotomy I was drawing blood in the ER, hospital floors and outpatient draw area as well as trained new employees and trained all ER/lab staff on proper blood culture collections. I also ordered specimens in multiple computer systems, scheduled/rescheduled appointments, answered phones, sent specimens to other sites and faxed results. When I was working as a histology lab aid I ordered specimens, stained slides, cut frozen sections, assisted in fine needle aspirations and collections of bone marrow, sent specimens to the main lab, disposed of old specimens, filed slides and blocks, and sent slides or blocks to other sites for continuing care.
