Managed relationships, contracts, and product lines for 5+ licensors, including WWE, NHL, NBA, Cartoon Network; launched LEAN Advisor team with cross-functional LEAN Super Users. Grew WWE licensed portfolio to triple sales over three years. Assisted in new product development: market analysis, B2B positioning, consumer research, sales materials, and presentations. Provided support for Licensing team, including submissions of product and marketing materials for all DecoPac licenses.
