I've done a lot of small odd jobs through the years and not a single thing has ever fit me quite as well as Operations Manager. It's a happy marriage of some of my favorite things ☺️I firmly believe that taking care of your people will trump tweaking your business strategy every time. Supporting humans is job #1. Making sure everyone around me feels respected, seen, and appreciated is my entire goal – building strong community is my life’s work. I’m a natural extrovert and am energized by genuinely engaging with others and am constantly finding new friends wherever I go.I also enjoy logistics puzzles - taking systems and processes apart in my head, metaphorically turning over each piece in my brain, and playing around with different ideas to make things faster, easier, and cheaper. I enjoy the riddle of everyday life – seamlessly combining logic and creativity - and can often be found musing over an organization project or reworking a random budget or schedule. I love files and lists and spreadsheets and reports and data – without metrics we can’t measure our inevitable success!I am proud to have built a reputation for being efficient, dependable, and adaptable. In my current work with Executive Career Partners (as in real life) I wear a lot of hats. Some of the things I do include creating and maintaining documentation and records, performing quality assurance checks on client’s files and communications, analyzing and streamlining both internal and client-facing procedures, creating distribution mailings and compiling research for clients, and backing up my team members with their daily tasks when needed. I also freelance write - mostly resumes and short articles.
