Over the course of nearly 10 years with the company, I progressed from a chef manager role through to Project management and finally achieved a role as operations support manager. In my final role with the company, I had several direct report teams that I oversaw. I was tasked with opening the sites, recruiting teams, developing marketing strategies, delivering high standards withing budgets, and reporting financial overviews direct to key stakeholders. My role was highly agile based and involved moving swiftly between tasks and projects whilst maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with team and clients. I was well known across the company, and was given the responsibility of auditing sites, developing marketing strats for the wider company, and developing and conducting company wide training programs.
