I am an experienced collaborative Aged Care professional with a passion to support people to learn, develop and grow to be able to live the best life possible. I have a broad knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Services, staff training, mentoring and coaching along with development and provision of high quality tailored services to customers both internal and external. I have recently had the fantastic opportunity to be a part of the National Reablement Trial where I supported, coached and mentored newly appointed mentors in external organisations to successfully embed a Wellness and Reablement focussed approach to assessment into their organisations. Additional experience in Community Services including family support services and lecturing at TAFE WA.
