As the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent I am carrying out the administrative functionsof the Superintendent, Central Office and ACSD School Board. I maintain and problem solve theCentral Office master schedule, ensure building access and security measures are in place,oversee all building operations and provide logistical support. I coordinate and provide supportfor School District special projects and events. Completes appropriate reporting to local andgovernment agencies as required. Prepare and disseminate all school board meeting materials(agendas, minutes, supplemental attachments). In addition I lead all School Record Retentionrules and procedures. I maintain and monitor accurate individual professional developmentrecords and provide a high-level of confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Responsible for the financial processing of transactions for a growing global organization. Duties include daily bookkeeping and record keeping. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors, processing due invoices for payments and Performed vendor statement reconciliations. Ensured accounts payable was closed within 3 days for month end regularly by coding invoices and credit card transactions. Ensured regulatory compliance by assisting with the maintenance of W-9 records using Avalara cert-capture. Prepared check runs, wire transfers, credit card payments, and ACH payments.

Provided account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits. Reconciled cash drawer and branch vault by proving cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coins. Maintained customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
