I have over 40 years of progressive experience in natural resource agency operations and management. I recently retired from position as A/ Executive Regional Director for the Ministry of Energy Mines and Low Carbon Innovation in the Mines Competitiveness and Authorizations Division leading the team of Regional Directors and staff dedicated to supporting an efficient, safe and environmentally responsible mining sector in the province.In my years of public service I have led several significant projects utilizing a range of project management skills that contributed to successful outcomes, including the BC Timber Sales Roles and Effectiveness Review Implementation and the development of the Regional Reclamation Bond Calculator. I thoroughly enjoy working with numerous stakeholders, communities and agency staff and helping them discover a path forward.
