I worked to support families through home visits, family engagement nights, and educating parents in a variety of subjects. I managed a classroom of eight 2 year olds. I created a developmentally appropriate lesson plan and implemented it in the classroom each week. I collaborated with my co teachers about each child’s developmental progress and created a system to organize the observations. I connected with primary caregivers at least weekly to discuss their child’s progress and behavior. I helped create strategies to support parents as the child’s primary teacher.
