Assistant Client Manager with Willis of Minnesota Human Capital Practice. My role as an Assistant Client Manager focuses on client day to day servicing; assistance with the implementation of new clients, maintenance of client files, summary of coverage creation and updates, and administrative documentation. Additionally, I serve as an office subject matter expert for communications. In this role I assist clients with putting a communications plan in place that increases the perceived value of employee benefits and maximizing engagement through the strategic delivery of clients’ employee value proposition. In addition, I help clients to produce captivating self-running Brainshark presentations with audio for annual benefits enrollment and benefits education for newly hired employees.
