I'm so happy I was chosen to be the admin for this project. I truly enjoy coming in to work each day. A list of responsibilities include: making sure all of the contractors are certified with safety orientation before they are able to work on our job site. Keep track of at least 20 contractors & their employees on the job, who the foreman are & be in communication with them throughout the project. Foremen must attend weekly Toolbox Talk. Make sure they are up to date & in compliance with their certifications & provide me a copy of all. I assist in providing Hot Work Permits & Fire watches. Making sure everyone on the jobsite has the proper PPE. I cross reference with the design plans & delivery tickets to make sure we have all each piece of steel needed. Spreadsheet for concrete tracking, over 600 tickets & configure the compressive strength. Equipment rental tracker from delivery to monthly cost. Making sure all of the dumpsters & concrete wash out stations onsite are emptied when needed. I'm responsible for keeping the job trailer clean & full of supplies. I have a steel tracker on Bluebeam to update daily as well as a decking tracker, under floor heating tacker & concrete tracker. To be continued.

I filled 8 maintenance techs schedules with an efficient route of travel for the Indy & surrounding areas to provide for approximately 2,300 homes. Making sure the residents needs were met in a timely manor. I hold a basic knowledge of anything that could malfunction in a home & initially applied efforts to trouble shoot over the phone to remedy. Multiple software programs were used to complete this process.
