I have successfully implemented Patient Management, Billing, Revenue Cycle, and Price Quote and Prepay Process systems. I have trained over 700 employees and have been recognized as a reference client for Allscripts’s Patient Management System. I am a participant in the Allscripts Client Forum and have created policies and procedures for the billing office and practice's front desk. I manage 40+ billing office employees and support 40+ practices and ancillary departments. I also have experience creating reports using Cognos and Crystal and managing enrollments for 835 and 837 I & P.
