Manage a portfolio of ten luxury condominium associations within the metropolitan Boston area with a combined total of 480 units. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, represent the association in the day to day operations of the property. Prepare the annual operating and capital budgets and provide monthly financial reviews at board meetings. Implement policies and programs according to the governing documents of the Association. Direct the routine repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Procure and manage service contracts for landscaping, snow plowing, trash removal, and cleaning services. Provide project management services for capital improvements. Manage tenant/owner relations to insure compliance with all rules and regulations established by Board of Trustees. Attend monthly board meetings and annual meeting for the associations.
