While my family was stationed in Monterey, I worked with Hotel Abrego organizing their front desk and customer service strategies. This included working with a team on establishing front desk SOP’s, developing client response protocols, and creating systems for making customer transactions seamless.

I worked on contract with a Creative Agency in Monterey who utilized my skill-sets in a client services role with their major accounts including Mercedes-Benz and eBay. I worked alongside account leads to manage development and implementation of creative strategy.

In College, I began the first of two stints working with the Bay Club in an operations and sales role - managing their front desk which included everything from being a friendly face to greet guests, to establishing processes for a complete sales cycle, and developing forward-facing systems for excellent customers service.
