I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics in May 2009, and completed an accredited dietetic internship with the University of Northern Colorado (2009-2010). I am a Registered Dietitian, and work in the community setting at WIC. In November 2011, I earned my Certified Lactation Counselor certificate and enjoy working to support breastfeeding success. I know the importance of working as a team to provide quality customer service and satisfaction. I have an outgoing personality and love one-on-one interaction with others, as well as teaching in a group setting. I enjoy mentoring and teaching WIC clients, students, interns and staff.Specialties: Nutrition screening and assessment, patient counseling and education, group nutrition education, supervision of WIC educators.
