• Built an amazing team of (10) accomplished store managers that managed 10 Million in sales and 1.2 M in catering sales throughout Dade and Broward county.• In 2018/2019 my team ranked #1 in profit management, cost controls, guest service and health and safety by creating a winning culture that placed people, profits, and passion as keys to success.• 2019 YTD results within the region show a continuous pattern of winning in all areas of people management, cost controls awarding my district #1 within the Einstein’s brand.• Implemented Einstein stores in Dade and Broward County that drove top line sales results as well as implemented the National launch of Caribou coffee into the Einstein brand.• My strength in building a bench of successful leaders and managing a succession plan process has created an exceptionally low annualized GM turnover. The program created a stronger GM ownership of catering and has produced an annualized increase in comp catering sales within the region of 900K.
