My responsibilities include Recruiting for Positions ranging from Payroll Specialists, Payroll Consultants, Project Managers up to and including high level Sales and Director Positions. These are positions located through out the United States. My recruiting includes, but not limited to, searching for candidates, screening resumes, distribution and grading of assessments and interviewing.

My responsibilities included responding to, and resolving complex HR questions from managers, supervisors, employees and other HR /Payroll team members. Recruited for 40 off site locations, as well as, 200 corporate positions. These positions ranged from union positions, to both electrical and civil engineers, to controller, and a variety of accounting and payroll positions. Also, provided training on performance management, HR / Benefits and Employment Law. Advised and counseled employees, managers and leadership team on policies, procedures, benefits,and employee relations. In charge of complete employment process from recruitment to termination. Supervised the development of new-hires and planned the administration methods of newly opened establishments. Assisted in developing a new company orientation package with updated policies, procedures and presentations. Provided human resource support to satellite offices. 
