The Field Scheduler is responsible for planning the Field Specialists’ trips and for interfacing with FS when they are in the field. Field Scheduler contributes to National Oak’s sales by maximizing the velocity of sales opportunities. Coordinate with Field Specialists, Sales & Marketing and NOD management. Maintain the portfolio of open opportunities.· Manage the Field Specialists’ and Sales & Marketing Liaison’s calendar.· Ensure all contact/meeting notes are entered into the CRM the same day as the contact occurs.· All activities are to be conducted in a professional capacity in accordance with the organization’s standards.· Responsible for recording customer contact (field meeting results) into the CRM.· General administrative duties and support

Day to day dispatch responsibilities include opening of the business at 6 am, receiving and managing all service calls. Scheduling maintenance calls, tracking and distributing parts to be installed, production of purchase orders and data entry involved with closing manual entry invoices. I work closely with service managers to ensure all service calls are handled in a timely manner dispatching a large team of technicians. As lead service dispatch I also correspond with management staff to address any problems, concerns and general service requests not already addressed by the technicians and schedule follow up calls accordingly. I file all Verisae reports for the EPA to track refrigerant usage. All phone calls for the company are answered by myself and my co-dispatcher.

Dispatch team of skilled technicians to various service calls throughout the day. Handle all incoming phone calls for the company. Book maintenance and service calls by phone. Order parts for technicians with suppliers and schedule for parts to be picked up and installed. Sell filters and quote replacement costs of services for customers. Prioritize service calls to maximize profitability. Rescheduling of calls as needed to accommodate emergency and high priority service. All phone calls and service appointments taken and dispatched by myself.
