My passion is Memory Care and providing my residents with compassion, dignity, laughter and independence. I have worked in the Health Care Industry for the past 30 years and through my career I have learned so much from my residents, more then they will ever know. I also enjoy teaching and training new and upcoming Memory Care employees the importance of the proper approach and how to communicate and redirect residents with certain behaviors as well as redirecting Care Partners in a positive manner to make their job and the Residents experience an enjoyable one and have a better quality of life.
