During my most recent role as a Training Specialist at Element Technologies, I leveraged my 15 years of experience in teaching and training learners from diverse backgrounds and contexts to deliver effective and engaging learning solutions for clients. I am passionate about life long learning and constantly seek to update my knowledge and skills in the field of learning technology.I have earned multiple certifications with NetDocuments, a leading cloud-based document and email management platform, and TechSmith Camtasia, a powerful video editing and screen recording software. I use these tools to create and deliver high-quality training materials and courses that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also care about building relationships and trust with clients and colleagues, and I communicate clearly and respectfully. I strive for accuracy and quality in everything I do, and I enjoy balancing creative and administrative tasks. I have successfully worked hybrid-remotely since 2018 and fully remotely since 2020, and I value collaboration and flexibility.
