I am passionate about the teaching and learning process and fully believe that education is the pathway to prosperity.I fully embody a set of core values that have been foundational to who I am and to my work as a leader. I am an engaged learner always seeking to improve myself, listen to others’ perspectives, and continually learn and grow. I am an inspired professional who finds strength in working with others for the greater good of society. I have a sense of adventure and believe that an adventurous spirit lends itself to finding creative solutions to challenges. I am a caring community member who believes a community that includes caring friends and adults, role models, mentors and coaches, networks of resources and connectors who support each other not only benefits all, but especially benefits the youth that we serve and who are our future. Finally, I am committed to equity – equity for all students should be held equally true for the gifted, affluent, poor, or disadvantaged.
