- Provide stock/pricing information to sales reps and customers.- Provide status updates/reports on open orders to sales reps, managers and customers.- Investigate and analyze ATM transactions for possible discrepancies and make necessary adjustments. - Route information to appropriate department to schedule production flow for the warehouse. - Provide, and maintain open communication with sales and shipping department to ensure accurate distribution. - Process customers' orders into Prophet21 Database, ensuring that all proper discounts, special pricing and/ or arrangements, terms of payments and shipping details are properly applied to orders. - Effectively resolve customer issues / concerns regarding purchase orders. -

- Assure that work flow remains in sync with the master schedule to ensure on-time delivery to customers.- Assure same-day delivery of pick & pack (order fulfillment) cash orders arriving within the daily cut-off time. - Manage temporary labor to support all floor operations including orientation, training, review and approval of time sheets, timely assessment and if appropriate, recommendation for fulltime hire. - Fully train new pickers on best practices; offer effective guidance throughout the learning curve. - Ensure documentation of processes and procedures are valid and up-to-date.- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees. - Conduct timely performance reviews and evaluate performance. - Participates in disciplining employees. - Address employee complaints and resolve problems.- Balance labor with the overall operation. Maintain production flow in sync with the master schedule.- Direct responsibility for quality assurance and order accuracy of light assembly and pick & pack (order fulfillment). Includes review and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues found throughout production. - Effectively use KPI’s and other means to drive continuous improvement to increase quality, efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization. - Project manpower requirements, equipment requirements and process improvements based on sales plan and corporate objectives. - Responsible for training and coaching employees, temporary workers and coordinators. - Overall responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the work area.- Drive continual improvement & employee development – measure errors & rates per employee to assure everyone is tracking to goal. Help increase the accuracy of our picking rates through effective scanning of cart tags. Adjust cart parameters for optimal picking.- Assure equipment is in good working order.
