Current• Built a 4-person blockchain HR team to manage HR functions; offer letters, work agreements, onboarding docs, performance evaluations (PIP), quarterly peer feedback, payroll, terminations, exit interviews, team surveys, and continued education programs. • Developed HR policies in a DAO structure; PTO, hour tracking, benefit eligibility, code of conduct, offboarding, pay raise structure, etc… • Implemented quarterly KPIs and metrics to measure team growth, in a DAO Health Report.• 1-on-1 check-ins for all new hires, bringing the warm human touch to the remote work environment. • Provided conflict resolution through solution-focused mediation.• Represented Giveth at Web3 Ethereum ecosystem conferences and hackathons, facilitated company booths, team retreats, workshops, panels, and bounties.
