We have 'Conference in a box'; this is for smaller events which do not require our on-site support, 'Meet in the Middle'; for events where a bit more help is needed and 'The Compleat Package' where we will work with you on the entire event from finding a venue right through to evaluations. We work with many charities and not for profit organisations but our experience as a team is such that we enjoy working with a wide range or companies and sectors. We work with clients who have no in-house staff, as well those who have marketing, events or administrative staff, but need additional support. We understand the pressures and strains running events or managing a membership organisation can put on your in-house staff and our professional team can provide a full service from initial planning and venue finding through to post event evaluation and de-brief taking every aspect of the event and delivering exactly to your vision. We equally get great pleasure working alongside in-house staff to provide key areas of expertise and support. This might be venue liaison, accommodation or AV management, marketing, programme production, delegate registration or on-site support.Our Association Management provides many services from maintaining membership databases, annual subscriptions/renewals, e-bulletins and newsletters. We can provide trained staff to attend and minute committee meetings and AGMs. Manage monthly book-keeping services as well as the preparation of Annual Returns. We have excellent processes and procedures to manage these many time consuming tasks with ease and incredible efficiency. A service which clients have stated, has not only been a great relief to out-source but has proved more cost effective.Compleat Conference can also provide excellent Abstract Management through our own bespoke Abstract Submission System. This is a tried and tested system which allows both authors and reviewers access 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. It is a career which has included house builders, pharmaceutical companies and the not-for profit sector. Every position has in some shape or form included event management. Sometimes the opening of a new show-home or development, the company social activities, product launches, staff training, educational conferences, parties and exhibitions to name a few.Together these provided me with 22 years of learning, training and experience and stepping stones to new skills, higher levels of responsibility and management. Each one key in my decision to finally set up my own company in 2004 with just one client who I am proud to still be working with today.
