I was a call center agent for financial aid advising. It was my job to awnser incoming calls from both students and parents inquiring about their interest, concerns, and questions regarding the FAFSA application. I also educated students and parents on various forms of financial aid and college admission procedure. I was required to provide any and all information regarding to financial aid and admission requirements as well as geographic and general statistics provided from the college web pages.

I was a secretary I would answer calls do filing all paper work, became familiar with Microsoft software.

I answered calls from parents and students seeking information on obtaining or completing the FAFSA.

While I was employed at Wendy's , I prepared food took order's also greeted customers, I was responsible for the dinning area and the restrooms .
