With a background in social services outreach and counselling, I have always had an interest in wholistic health and natural medicine, and in helping others to find ease in the flow of their life.I graduated the three-year diploma program at the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine in 2003, and completed 2 years of post-graduate studies in Homeopathy. As I built on this foundation over the years, I included Emotional Freedom Technique, and became a Certified Wellness Coach in 2018.In 2020, I began a life-changing training in a psychotherapeutic approach called Compassionate Inquiry, and began offering this counselling in 2021. I use any/all of these tools to co-create an individualized plan for wellness for each of my clients. As owner of Hamilton Health & Wellness Centre, my focus is to be part of a collaborative team that offers a diverse range of complimentary healthcare options, and to see the uniqueness of each patient I meet. Mission Statement: To assist my patients to achieve and maintain health in a natural, holistic way and to educate and encourage others to become aware of themselves and of their health.
