Heather Fallon currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) of AMS. Heather has held a variety of clinical leadership positions within AMS since joining the team in 2013. During her tenure at AMS, she has been responsible for the development of a proprietary scheduling and time tracking system, implementation of an electronic medical records system across five practice locations, and has served as the AMS culture ambassador. Prior to AMS, Heather worked with the company on the Mobile Anesthesiologists side of their business. She held a variety of leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Operations, and Assistant Director of Nursing. In her Director of Clinical Operations role at Mobile, she not only served as a leader to the Mobile team, but also supported Mobile’s new clients by providing education to the clients’ nursing staff, leading debriefing sessions for the clients’ teams at their request, and offering recommendations on how to improve the clinical workflow. Heather’s nursing career also includes work at Rush University Medical Center and travel nursing for four years. Heather believes that each patient should be treated by staff as if they were family. She works hard to make sure her team delivers that experience for her AMS clients.
