Hello! My name is Heather Fernandes (she/her) and I am an iBBA candidate at the Schulich School of Business! I am passionate about leadership, community involvement and advocacy. From 2020-2021, I held the position of Student Trustee for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, where I represented all 73,000 students at the board level. I was also a dedicated Student Council member (4 years), provincial champion and international finalist for DECA, national champion for FBLA, accomplished pianist, and aspiring lawyer! Currently, I am the Co-President of the Business Law Association and the Senior Advisor (previous co-president) for the Schulich Sales Association at Schulich. Within these roles, I helped organize and plan various events for the benefit of the student community with regards to business law and sales).I am a hardworking person with excellent interpersonal skills.
