This hybrid role offers a mix of, office management, administration, event planning, well-being management, reception work and property management assistance. This role is constantly evolving as it is flexible with what the office, staff and clients needs.

Assisting one of the company executives with data collection and management, calendar organization, helped create (and is in charge of) a weekly company newsletter, assisted with office management organization and re-organized all storage areas within the office. I also was on the team who organized the annual company retreat and was the sole organizer of the office Christmas party, including gifts for all 100 members of staff.

Assisted a team of five Property Managers with all administrative tasks, processed rental applications, conducted open homes and assisted with database clean-up/organization. I also requested to be trained in other areas, then taking on completing Condition Reports and Exit Inspections. After six months within this role, an internal position became available, which I secured, as an Executive Assistant to one of the company owners.

I worked within the casual Leasing/Field Team conducting home opens and creating reports from each open for Property Managers and Owners. After five months, I received a promotion to work within the office within the Property Management Team as an Advisor.

Alongside the Director, I conducted open homes, assisted with sales appraisals, drew up contracts, as well as working with buyers to find them their next home.Within the last couple of months at this company, I was heavily pregnant, so moved into an office position of Assistant to the Office Manager. In this position I helped complete paperwork and office organization until my Maternity Leave started in mid Dec 2019.

Worked alongside one Sales Agent, assisting with organizing their entire office as well as their online data management, whilst completing all administration tasks surrounding selling a home via auction and private sale, from marketing scheduling to auction planning. The agent was due to leave the company, so I secured a job from one of my former GPA colleagues at the Eview Group.

I was the sole Receptionist for the entire office, managing calls in regard to Property Management and Sales. I assisted in processing rental applications, typing up leases and condition reports, creating and managing the weekly rental open home run, as well assisting the accountant with financial documentation. I wanted to take on more responsibility after several months, so I created a new filing system for the entire rental department, organizing all property files as well as colour coordinating the key and filing system.

Working throughout three different classrooms and year group teams, I supported teachers within the classroom, as well as students with significant physical and multiple disabilities to engage in classroom learning.
